Diagnosis and gap analysis
Businesses which aspire to grow often benefit from performing gap analyses in determining the optimal resource allocation. In addition, our gap analysis help businesses to document which services and/or functions have been accidentally left out, which have been deliberately eliminated, and which still need to be developed.
We work with business owners to conduct SWOT analysis for their businesses which is a foundational assessment model that measures what an organization can and cannot do, and its potential opportunities and threats. They are assessments of internal and external factors, such as strengths and weaknesses, and competition is a framework used to evaluate a company’s competitive position by identifying its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Through a combination of coaching and consultation, we work with business owners to craft a time-based plan that defines where the business is, where it wants to go, and how to get it there. It is a visual representation that organizes and presents important information related to future plans. Strategic roadmaps are an effective communication tool for managers, and link strategic initiatives with business plans and act as focusing devices that marshal efforts toward achieving important goals.
